Cancellation 

We only allow cancellation if the product is not taken to production yet. If the order is shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order. Because it is not an readymade cases, After you place an order itself we will start customize your phone case. Please understand the process.

Refund

If customer assumed themselves that the product is soft case material or any other material for that we are not responsible. Please read description in product page & read return policy. We are responsible for quality products. Not responsible for customer mistakes by assuming wrong information.

If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition, you can contact our customer support via email at zozzlefield.in@gmail.com or on call on +9840111590. You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products are customised on order, and the replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days.

Return

We only accept return if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. Once approved, we will send the replacement of the same product in 1-3 days. 

If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, the refund will be processed from our end within 1 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 3-5 business days.
